Our new home on Magnolia St

Grant and I visited the house this weekend to rake up all the leaves and we got a chance to meet some of our new neighbors.  Everyone seems super nice.....

After moving a shelving unit in the basement I found the biggest spider I have ever seen!  Against my better judgement, I called Grant into the room to show him.  The house is now being referred to as the spooky haunted house.  Hopefully he can recover from this before we move in!!

I figured the best place to start our journey is with a few pictures of our new project house:

As you can see, the house is very basic brick ranch home that was built in the 1940's.  It currently has 3 bedrooms, 1bath, and a full basement.  The neighorhood is incredible as we are surrounded by two old parkways that provide miles of grass and 100 year old trees to enjoy in the middle of the city.  This neighborhood is actually one of the major reasons I wanted to move to Denver 12 years ago.  The kids school is 2 blocks from the house, my office is 1.5 miles, and Jenny's office is aproximately 3-4 miles away.
